Marnys organic oregano oil is a pure, standardized, essential oil of wild, Mediterranean oregano (Origanum minutiflorum) with 81.69% carvacrol. This essential oil of wild oregano with active components, monoterpene phenols (carvacrol and timolol), due to its multiple effects, has a wide application, both in traditional and science-based medicine.
What is wild oregano?
Wild oregano is a perennial, herbaceous, aromatic plant, that is completely different from cultivated oregano, which is used as a spice in the everyday diet. It has more beneficial properties and contains more concentrated active substances, that make it suitable for making oil. Wild oregano oil has been known as a medicine for many years, and in recent decades, doctors have increasingly recommended it. Wild oregano oil is most often consumed diluted in a teaspoon of other edible oil.
Effects of wild oregano essential oil have been the subject of detailed research in recent years. Many clinical studies have proven the positive effects of its use in the treatment of various types of diseases, as well as their application in prophylaxis and everyday life.
Essential oil of wild oregano is the most widely used today, and it contains a high percentage of carvacrol (more than 80%).
Wild oregano essential oil has a strong effect on a large number of pathogenic bacteria (a very significant effect on Gram-negative bacteria), fungi (Candida albicans) and some viruses (Herpes viride). The most important active component responsible for this effect is carvacrol. The higher the content of this substance in the oil, the more efficient it is. In addition to carvacrol, this oil also contains thymol, which is an extremely important ingredient for immune system strengthening.
In addition to the mentioned problems, wild oregano oil has a positive effect on skin diseases such are acne, ulcers, cellulitis, athletic foot, fungal infection of feet, herpes, but also on bad breath. In addition to this, oregano oil is known to help with ailments such are colds and flu, coughs, pneumonia, sinusitis and sore throats.

Method of use:
Adults
General use: Oregano oil is used in the dose of 1 to 3 drops, which are poured into a small amount of water or juice. Stir the contents well, then swallow quickly without holding in the mouth. The preparation can be taken from 1 to 8 times a day.
Use in digestion problems: The oil is drunk after a meal, diluted in a teaspoon of edible oil or honey.
As a digestive aid, you can also pour 3 drops on a sugar cube, and consume it 2-3 times a day.
External application for rheumatoid pain: Dilute oregano oil with water in a ratio of 1: 5 and rub on the sore spot.
Inhalation: Add 1 drop of oregano oil to half a liter of boiling water and inhale carefully with your eyes closed. Not recommended for children under 10 and sensitive people suffering from asthma or allergies. It is desirable that the treatment lasts 10-14 days, 2-3 times x 1 drop per day.
Skin changes: Dilute 30-50 drops of oregano oil in 100 ml of edible oil. Rub the skin changes twice a day.
Warning:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under the age of three, as well as for people who are hypersensitive to any of the product ingredients.
Not recommended for children under 10 and sensitive people suffering from asthma or allergies.
The product should not be consumed if the person suffering from: anemia, coagulation disorder, swallowing disorder, severe hypertension, asthma, severe liver and kidney damage, as well as people taking anticoagulant therapy.
Possible side effects related to this product are: slowed intestinal iron absorption, short-term and temporarily accelerated pulse and heartbeat (in people who are sensitive to spicy food), burning and tingling sensation in the oral cavity and stomach, increased menstrual bleeding.

Store in a dry and dark place, at room temperature, out of children’s reach.
